Welcome to SMART O²². By using our AI automation platform and bots, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all the Terms and Conditions below.

1. Scope of Service

SMART O²² operates as a business automation platform. Our service currently focuses on providing pre-configured smart assistants, such as SMART O²² Finance Assistant, which integrate with third-party messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp) and a dedicated Web Dashboard.

2. User Rights and Obligations

• Users subscribe to use an assistant that is already configured according to the product description, not for custom bot development from scratch.
• Users are strictly prohibited from using SMART O²² services for unlawful activities, fraud (scamming), money laundering, online gambling, and spamming that violates third-party terms (e.g., WhatsApp Policies).
• Users acknowledge that interactions occur through third-party platforms (like Meta/WhatsApp). Any violation of third-party terms that results in the restriction of the User's WhatsApp access is entirely the responsibility of the User.

3. Payment System and Active Period

• Payments are made on a prepaid basis through the official payment channels designated by SMART O²².
• The service operates on a Subscription basis according to the cycle and duration of the plan you choose.
• If a subscription renewal is not made on the due date, your access to the recording automation system (assistant) will be automatically suspended by the system until you renew.

4. Unilateral Termination of Service

SMART O²² reserves the right to terminate the service unilaterally and permanently without refund if a User is proven to be using the service for actions that violate the laws of the Republic of Indonesia or the conditions in Point 2.

5. Updates to Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to change or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be effective immediately upon publication on this page.
