1. Data Collection

We may process the following categories of information when necessary for providing the Finance Assistant service:

• A. Account / identification information: WhatsApp number or identifier, and account-related information required to provide the service.
• B. Subscription information: Subscription/package information, subscription status, and payment-related status needed to activate or maintain access.
• C. Authentication information: OTP or temporary authentication information used to access the Web Dashboard.
• D. Financial transaction information: Transaction amount, category, payment method, transaction date/time, and other transaction information submitted by the user.
• E. User-provided content: Text messages, voice notes, receipt images, or similar transaction information submitted to the Finance Assistant.

2. Data Usage

The collected data is strictly used to display financial visualizations in your Dashboard and to provide you with insights through the AI Assistant. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Security

We use cloud infrastructure and standard security practices (including OTP verification for dashboard access) to prevent unauthorized access to your financial data.
