SMART O²² values the privacy and security of your financial data. This Data Retention Policy explains how long we retain your data when you are an active subscriber and after your subscription has expired.
As long as you are an active subscriber, all your financial records and data are safely stored on our servers and can be accessed at any time via the Web Dashboard and WhatsApp Assistant.
Your data will be retained for three calendar months after your subscription expires. If you renew your subscription during this retention period, your previous records will remain available and can become active again.
If you do not renew by the end of the retention period, the financial records associated with your account may be permanently deleted from the active database.
