Cancellation Policy

We understand that business needs may change over time. This policy outlines your rights to cancel your SMART O²² subscription.

1. Without Long-Term Contract

Users are not bound by long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time simply by not making the payment (renewal) for the next billing cycle.

2. Access After Cancellation

If you decide not to renew the service, the assistant bot will automatically stop processing new records once your plan's active period expires. However, you can still use the remaining days of your paid month.

3. Data Retention Post-Cancellation
