After subscribing, you will receive instructions to access the SMART O²² Finance Assistant via WhatsApp. You can simply send text messages, record voice notes, or send photos of receipts to record your transactions. Your data is processed automatically by our system and can be accessed anytime through WhatsApp or the Web Dashboard.
Yes. Both interfaces use the same shared financial records. Quick recording can be done via WhatsApp, while visualizing data, editing, or deleting transactions can be easily done through the Web Dashboard.
Simply send the /login command to the WhatsApp Assistant. The system will send you a temporary OTP code and the Web Dashboard link. Enter your WhatsApp number and the OTP code on the login page to access your Dashboard.
We offer affordable subscription plans: Basic (Rp 17.900/month), Pro (Rp 28.900/month), and Premium (Rp 34.900/month). Payments are made via our official prepaid Payment Gateway.
Your data will be retained for three calendar months after your subscription expires. If you renew your subscription during this retention period, your previous records will remain available and can become active again. If you do not renew by the end of the retention period, the financial records associated with your account may be permanently deleted from the active database.
No. The SMART O²² Finance Assistant uses AI technology to summarize and analyze the transaction data you provide. The assistant does not act as an investment advisor, a certified financial planner, or a professional accountant.
